Axios Systems, the leading international IT Service Management (ITSM) company, today announced Irish Life & Permanent, Dublin-based provider of personal financial services to the Irish market, has deployed assyst, the leading ITSM solution, to improve the management of their IT resources and adhere to ITIL® guidelines.
After an extensive evaluation process of the major ITSM suppliers, Irish Life & Permanent chose Axios’ solution due to its proven ITIL® and Best Practice compliancy. The company was also particularly attracted by the Change Management and Workflow features, which enable flexibility when business needs change. Irish Life & Permanent has 4,500 end users and 150 – 200 people will use the assyst tool to drive greater efficiencies out of the company’s IT infrastructure.
