Axios Systems, the leading international IT Service Management (ITSM) company, today announced that it has won the International Excellence category at this year’s Scottish Software awards.
The Awards are organized by Targeting Innovation Ltd in association with The Sunday Times. The International Excellence category awards the company best able to demonstrate success in marketing and selling their products or services to the international market. The key criteria for this award were a demonstrable and clearly defined international strategy backed up by international sales success.
Axios has seen its international business thrive in 2006, with North America, Australia, Europe and Middle East markets all embracing the Best Practice service Axios provides. In a market where Best Practice is paramount and international regulation is pushing for improved ITSM, Axios’ out-of-the box Best Practice solution, assyst, is being seen as an increasingly important enterprise solution across the globe.
Tasos Symeonides, CEO of Axios Systems, said: “We see this prestigious win as a firm endorsement that the time and energy we have invested in taking our software and services internationally has provided us with outstanding results. We have identified and catered for a global requirement for a Best Practice based approach to ITSM. We look forward to continuing to take our solution to new markets.”
George Boag, CEO of Targeting Innovation said: “Axios has definitely earned its reputation as an excellent international company. We have seen Axios develop considerably since it first won a Scottish Software Award in 2003. We look forward to watching the company build upon this success and entering the awards next year.”
