Located in new and dedicated premises in Edinburgh, UK, the Service Center will help support the company’s growing customer base 24x7 in their ITSM requirements.
The Service Center will support Axios’ global customer base in the Middle East, Europe, US and Asia-Pac through the utilization of assystNET, the online self-service tool from Axios Systems’ award-winning ITSM software, assyst, which is used by customers to log, monitor and track their IT incidents. This system is a much more productive and efficient way to deal with customers in resolving their ITSM incidents.
